Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on popcorn.
For all other items, or if you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. For popcorn, we will issue a replacement order with the correct items. For other items, such as apparel, etc., we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
We currently ship to destinations within the U.S.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
